Apprentice Administrator
An Apprentice Administrator at the Priory Centre will support our Central Admin team with day‐to‐day tasks, from handling enquiries to organising documents and helping keep the service running smoothly. It’s a great chance to build skills, gain real experience, and start a career in a supportive, friendly environment.
Role
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Update records, databases, and filing systems
- Prepare documents, letters, and meeting materials
- Support scheduling, room bookings, and diary management
- Assist with ordering supplies and keeping office areas organised
- Help colleagues with general administrative tasks and project
Training
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills at Barnsley College.
Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
