Project Administrator Apprentice
We have a fantastic new role at Bauer Engineering who are looking for a Project Admin Apprentice to join their team. In this role, you will be liaising between different teams to maintain and keep all projects running smoothly and up to date.
Role
- Help plan projects by setting goals and tasks
- Work with project managers to create timelines and budgets
- Keep track of how much is being spent and compare it to the plan
- Spot any budget problems and help fix them by working with the finance team
- Make sure projects are completed on time and within the budget
- Act as the go-between for the finance team and project team
- Communicate clearly to make sure everyone is on the same page
- Provide regular updates on how the project is going
- Help with stock management for projects to reduce waste
- Track how projects are progressing and report on any issues
- Help prepare financial reports
- Support teams in checking whether projects are profitable
Training
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
- Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable)
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)
You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
After the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.
