Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial aspects of a portfolio of project-based work, from initial quotation through to completion
- Monitor costs, track expenditure, and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple workstreams
- Record and allocate resources, materials, and time to support billing and reconciliation processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance commercial outcomes as project scopes evolve
- Support cash flow through effective tracking of payments and financial activity
- Present financial information clearly to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and confidence in reported figures
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Background in finance, commercial analysis, or project-based accounting
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced spreadsheet capability
- Ability to take ownership of complex financial processes and interpret data effectively
- Confidence communicating financial information to both internal and external stakeholders
