Electronic Investment Solutions Sales

The Global Markets eConnectivity Sales Investment Solutions area is responsible for the promotion, implementation, and definition of BBVA's digital activity in with within the Investment Solutions Value chain. Our mission is to drive the digital transformation of Global Markets by integrating innovative technology, automation, and data-driven insights into the way we serve our different clients.

We ensure seamless connectivity, robust performance, and exceptional client experience. The area works closely with Trading, Sales and Technologyto deliver scalable digital solutions aligned with BBVA's strategic objectives.

We aim to expand digital client engagement and reinforce BBVA's leadership in electronic markets across all regions.

About the role:

Business Promotion & Client Engagement

  • Support the in-line manager in defining and implementing the eInvestment Solutions strategy and execution plan.
  • Strengthen client relationships through continuous interaction, periodic visits, and proactive commercial engagement.
  • Analyze and monitor client activity across electronic platforms; prepare periodic and ad-hoc performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Trading.
  • Conduct business cases for clients requiring special conditions based on strategic value.
  • Actively monitor the activity, errors and the promotion of BBVA's Digital Capabilities in response to client needs.

Digital Projects & Platform Development

  • Participate and lead different digital projects related to growth of the client business.
  • Define, document, and test project requirements; follow up proactively on delivery timelines.
  • Act as Product Owner on specific initiatives, promoting new functionalities both internally and externally.
  • Maintain awareness of project status and ensure effective updates for all stakeholders, including non-eConnectivity team members.

Qualifications:

  • Academic Background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other Business related majors.
  • 3-5 of experience in Global Market Products: Equity, Structured Products or knowledge of 3rd party electronic platforms.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English. Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Programming languages: python, javascript
