We aren't interested in traditional, slow development cycles. We are looking for a "10x Developer" who uses AI-assisted coding to build, iterate, and ship features at lightning speed. You will be responsible for turning our vision of an AI-indexed, video-short recruitment platform into a scalable reality.The "AI-First" ApproachIn this role, you aren't just a coder; you are an Architect of AI Workflows. You will use tools like Cursor, Claude 3.5, and v0.dev to generate the bulk of the codebase, allowing you to focus your human expertise on high-level architecture, security, and complex integrations (Videos & Payments).Key Responsibilities: Rapid Prototyping: Use AI generative tools to build and iterate on the frontend (React/Next.js) and backend logic.Video Infrastructure: Implement high-performance video streaming for candidate "shorts" using APIs like Mux, Cloudinary, or AWS MediaConvert.AI Integration: Connect the platform to OpenAI/Anthropic APIs to automatically transcribe, summarize, and tag candidate videos with searchable keywords.Fintech Logic: Architect a secure "Pay-to-Unlock" flow with automated payment splitting (e.g., Stripe Connect) between the candidate and the platform.Build backend services for Job Postings, Talent Profiles, Employer Accounts, and Application Processing.Prompt Engineering: Maintain and optimize the internal library of AI prompts used to generate and update the application’s features.Intelligent Matching & Automation Engine·  Design the automation layer that matches employers with candidates using:o  Structured Skill Matching & Activity Scoring.o  Data-driven Ranking Algorithms and Behavioral Signals.·  Build intelligent candidate routing and rule-based workflows to reduce time-to-hire.·  Establish feedback loops so the system "learns" from employer hiring decisions.Ideal Candidate Profile The "Hybrid" Builder: You are a skilled engineer who has embraced AI to increase your output. You know when to let the AI write the code and when to step in to fix a complex bug.Marketplace Savvy: You understand the logic of "Locked vs. Unlocked" content and how to manage user consent.Speed-to-Market Obsessed: You prefer shipping a working feature in 2 days using AI over spent 2 weeks writing it manually.Why This Role?
