We’re looking for an experienced Digital Learning Specialist to join a major financial services project. This role is all about re-developing and enhancing digital learning materials to support the rollout and adoption of a new eDiscovery tool.? Key Responsibilities:Re-design existing eLearning modules for better usability and engagement.Create assessments and refresher courses to ensure compliance and capability.Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and technical teams to deliver accurate, accessible content.Maintain version control and support compliance reporting.? What We’re Looking For:5+ years’ experience across the full digital learning lifecycle.Strong background in technical/compliance-focused eLearning.Ability to turn complex processes into clear, engaging learning experiences.Familiarity with LMS platforms and tools like Articulate is a plus.?
