Technical Assistant Apprentice
A great opportunity if you have excellent communication skills and an interest in electronics or engineering. You will start out liaising with customers, processing orders and provide 1st line technical support to customers over the telephone. The team will give you full training to develop your skills to provide a high level of technical support.
Role
- Responding to customers by phone and email
- Sales order processing
- 1st line technical support to our customers over the telephone
- Providing after sales technical support to customers
- Updating /maintaining the database
Training
The apprentice will work towards the Customer Service Practitoner Standard. This will be through remote group training once a month and 1-1 training and review meetings.
Maths and English Functional Skills will be delivered either remotely or in person if required.
Ongoing training and development are encouraged.
