Data Technician Apprentice

We are a multi-faceted beauty organisation encompassing a training academy, salon, pharmacy, wholesaler, and supplier. We’re seeking an exceptionally organised and detail-driven individual to join our team as a PA/Admin & Data Technician.

• Provide professional PA and administrative support to management and team leaders
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and prioritise daily workflows to maximise efficiency
• Liaise confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across multiple levels of the business
• Handle correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretion
• Take ownership of administrative processes, ensuring smooth communication and document control
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required

Data Management & Technical Administration:

• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with a high degree of accuracy
• Research, source, and verify information from suppliers, partners, and external contacts
• Collate, organise, and upload documentation into internal systems and shared drives
• Manage and analyse data across multiple sources, including sales, products, and financial performance
• Perform data entry, categorisation, and quality control with precision and consistency
• Identify data discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure information integrity across systems
