Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Google Cloud Sales Director to drive growth within our consulting business. This senior leadership role is responsible for:
- Shaping and executing our Google Cloud go-to-market strategy
- Developing strategic partnerships
- Leading client engagement across sectors

- Deep knowledge of Google Cloud solutions
- Proven ability to build and convert a robust pipeline of cloud transformation opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for Google Cloud consulting services aligned with BIP's business objectives
- Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline across key industries (e.g., financial services, energy, manufacturing, public sector)
- Lead strategic client engagements from prospecting to deal closure, partnering with consulting and technical teams
- Foster and expand strategic relationships with Google Cloud and key ecosystem partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives
- Collaborate with consulting leaders to design compelling, outcome-based cloud transformation propositions
- Lead development of proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations to articulate BIP's value proposition
- Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets for Google Cloud consulting services
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business planning and capability development
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery and ongoing client satisfaction
- Represent BIP at industry events, conferences, and executive roundtables to enhance market presence
- Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development within a consulting or technology services environment
- Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and the broader cloud ecosystem
- Strong track record of developing and closing multi-million-pound cloud consulting or transformation deals
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills at C-suite level
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience in a matrixed consulting environment
- Existing relationships within Google Cloud and/or large enterprise clients are highly desirable
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
