IT Support Apprentice

Role
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Adding, amending and removing user accounts
- Troubleshooting, resolving and escalating computer issues
- Using a ticket system to document employee support requests
- Providing support including sign posting to procedural documentation
- Supporting telephony and hardware infrastructure.
Training
Training and support to achieve successful completion of the Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship. Relevant training to be provided where deemed appropriate.
As an IT apprentice, you will gain practical experience with the latest technologies, laying a strong foundation for a career in a fast-evolving industry. Upon successful completion, you may progress into a full-time role or pursue further qualifications.
