Compliance Administrator Apprentice
This qualification develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed in a professional business environment. You will gain experience in administration, communication, data management, and business processes, while developing the organisational, digital and problem-solving skills required to support business success.
Role
As a Compliance Administrator Apprentice, you will support the management of learner records, funding documentation and compliance processes across the learner journey. You will work alongside experienced colleagues within the Funding and Compliance team, learning how to ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant with funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the review and validation of learner enrolment paperwork and funding eligibility evidence.
- Conduct compliance checks on learner records to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain learner, employer and apprenticeship records within the system.
- Monitor and follow up outstanding documentation with learners, employers and colleagues.
- Assist with data checks and validation activities.
- Support the preparation of learner files and evidence for internal and external audits.
- Produce reports, spreadsheets and administrative documentation as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the company.
Training
We deliver this qualification as a blended learning programme which includes both physical and virtual classrooms, eLearning modules, skills development activities, on the job training and most importantly one-to-one coaching and support on a monthly basis from a development coach.
