Business Development Manager – Event Sponsorship Sales

£45K–£55K Base | OTE £100K | Hybrid (Central London)

The Company:

Join a market-leading global digital infrastructure and technology business and take ownership of selling bespoke sponsorship solutions for a flagship, high-profile data centre event. With the event growing 100% year-on-year, this is a prime opportunity to sell into blue-chip brands and senior marketing stakeholders across the tech ecosystem.

The Role:

In this role, you’ll focus 70% on new business and 30% on account management, developing new partnerships while nurturing a strong client base with an impressive 93% retention rate. Success will come from your ability to understand client objectives and creatively match them with high-impact sponsorship opportunities in a fast-moving event environment.

Requirements:

We’re looking for a proven closer with at least 3 years’ event sponsorship sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the commercial acumen to operate with senior stakeholders.

Package:

In return, you’ll receive a £45K–£55K base salary with £100K OTE, private medical and dental cover, 25 days holiday + Christmas shutdown, and a hybrid working model (3 London office / 2 days from home).
