Business Development Manager (Manchester)

Business Development Manager
Location - based North of England
The Role:
A brand-new opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a rapidly growing company within the computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) industry. This role will primarily be home-based, with the expectation of attending the office on a semi-regular basis to collaborate with colleagues in either Liverpool or Leicester. You will be selling a SaaS solution which is computer-aided facilities management solutions aimed at commercial premises or public sector buildings who have complex, multi-location, estates which require a central management. These services include reactive helpdesks, dashboards, asset management, planned preventative maintenance, document management, and mobile working solutions, all of which are required for building owners due to regulatory requirements and massively support them in mitigating risk and improving efficiencies.
In this role, you will be engaging with key decision-makers such as Estates Managers, Directors, and Health & Safety professionals across both public and private sector organisations. There are two roles open here as our client grows and both are 360 sales roles taking one of the solutions to market cradle to grave.
