The Role of Marketing Manager

· Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges

· Develop product messaging, value propositions , and positioning that stand out in a competitive space.

· Plan and execute product launches, working cross-functionally to ensure success

· Produce engaging marketing materials , from case studies and brochures to digital content and white papers.

· Deliver digital marketing campaigns that communicate key benefits and drive user engagement

· Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine and enhance product value

· Collaborate with sales, customer success , and product development teams for full alignment

For the Marketing Manager Position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

You will have previous experience marketing into healthcare sectors driving awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement. This person will bridge product, sales, and market strategy, owning everything from positioning and messaging to lead generation and campaign execution.

· B2B technology or SaaS marketing, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries

· Proven success launching and scaling SaaS or other products from pre-launch through to customer adoption

· Deep understanding of GTM strategy , product positioning, and market segmentation

· Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (NHS, private healthcare, care providers, etc

· Analytical mindset with experience in market research and data-led decision making

· Experience with content-led growth (white papers, thought leadership, webinars, etc.)

· Confident using digital marketing tools

· Previous ownership of marketing automation and CRM tools

· Happy to work in the office - some flexibility after settling in period
