For the Marketing Manager Position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

You will have previous experience marketing into healthcare sectors driving awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement. This person will bridge product, sales, and market strategy, owning everything from positioning and messaging to lead generation and campaign execution.

  • B2B technology or SaaS marketing, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
  • Proven success launching and scaling SaaS or other products from pre-launch through to customer adoption
  • Deep understanding of GTM strategy, product positioning, and market segmentation
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (NHS, private healthcare, care providers, etc
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research and data-led decision making
  • Experience with content-led growth (white papers, thought leadership, webinars, etc.)
  • Confident using digital marketing tools
  • Previous ownership of marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Happy to work in the office - some flexibility after settling-in period
