Senior Sponsorships Sales Manager
The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join an internationally renowned events business. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on selling sponsorship opportunities and stand space to payroll companies, HR system providers, and people tech innovators at the UK's only tech-focused event for HR and Talent leaders.
As a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager, you'll manage your own daily sales performance while supporting the broader event strategy and financial goals. Your work will help create a best-in-class experience for exhibitors and sponsors, collaborating closely with operations, marketing, and the wider show team. Requirements:
To be considered for the Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager role, you will need:
- 5+ years' experience in events with a proven track record of new business, or a background in publishing or media.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to prospect effectively.
- A solution-selling approach with proven negotiation and closing ability.
- Resilience, determination, and a competitive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
The Package for Senior Business Development Manager:
- Salary £55,000-£65,000 + £25,000 OTE
