Enterprise Account Executive

Join a fast‐growing organisation on a mission to transform workforce capability across the UK and EMEA. We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth, win new logo clients, and build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.

The Basics

Basic £80k - £90k / OTE: uncapped

Location: 2 days a week in London

Selling workforce management solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close

• Develop strong, trusted relationships with key decision‐makers

• Shape strategic account plans and deliver tailored solutions

What you’ll bring:

• Proven track record in enterprise software/tech sales

• Expertise in consultative and complex solution selling

• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills

• Experience in HRTech, SkillsTech or EdTech (desirable)
