The role

Looking after a small team of AEs, with power to grow this immediately

Ensure MRR and ARR targets are hit

Home based contract, travel covered

£100k base + £200k OTE uncapped

Proven track record of leading high performance teams

Experience working in a fast paced environment

Experience scaling sales teams

Previous success as an IC before making the transition to leadership
