Customer Service Apprentice
Bob’s Business Ltd is an Cybersecurity Awareness Training provider that specialises in developing and delivering engaging campaigns that influence cybersecurity behaviours. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team.
Role
- To provide an outstanding level of customer care by identifying appropriate customer needs, gathering appropriate information accurately and with care
- To pro-actively manage the customer journey either by customer calls, and emails
- Support customers with any portal and course queries
- Continually improve customer processes by seeking regular feedback and raise issues and areas of concern so that tangible improvements can be recommended
- Support opportunities to retain business, by understanding fully what a customer is asking for and providing a tailored response
- Managing Live Chat
- Answering inbound calls
- Assembling and sending gift packs to new clients
Training
- Delivery to be completed on-site and 6 hours per week off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work
- Student to complete an Intermediate Technical Certificate as well as a Level 2 Customer Service Apprentice
- Apprentices without Level 1 English and maths will need to achieve this level and taken the test for level 2 prior to taking their end point assessment
