Role
- Identify and diagnose issues and problems
- Categorise and record reported queries and provide solutions
- Support problem identification
- Advise users on an appropriate course of action
- Provide essential online security advice and support
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of service and support
- Answer incoming support calls and log accurate time spent
- Provide clear communications between Bondgate IT and their customers
Training
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
