As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you will be responsible for supporting complex, large scale SuccessFactors implementations for a range of high-profile clients. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled teams across the company and to play a pivotal role in designing innovative solutions for our clients.

You will bring experience of working as part of a team delivering large, multi-workstream initiatives, including managing business process design and transformation using SAP SuccessFactors.

Your role as Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

• Experience developing Payroll architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps
• Translating business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines how requirements will deliver the desired business objectives
• Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in SAP/ Employee Central Payroll, and supporting technologies, including Payroll Control Centre
• Strong experience in SuccessFactors and/or ECC Payroll configuration and strong knowledge and experience in design and build of payroll related integrations
• Guide clients on SAP best practise and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies
• You will have the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a client’s organization
• Lead high performing teams that can work flexibly, incorporating both on and offshore delivery models
• Support and liaise closely with your corresponding teams to resolve issues, provide solutions, and offer support to meet delivery obligations
• Prepare quality documentation artefacts such as Solution Design Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs, etc
• Ensure quality delivery of our Technology solutions
• Contribute to shaping our response to RFPs and collaborate with other teams during the pre-sales process, including the delivery of expert demos to prospective clients
• Build and continually strengthen your network across, our Clients and Partners
• Experience of working in a multi supplier environment to deliver projects on time

Your skills and experience

• Experienced SAP Payroll consultant who has gained hands-on experience from working through multiple project lifecycles.
• Lead requirements workshops and you team through the project delivery, especially focussed on Payroll Comparison testing cycles to verify suitability of the delivered solution.
• Experience within Live Support environments is advantageous.
• A team player with strong functional SAP Payroll knowledge and broader technical awareness (in things such as Integration to/from 3rd party products in Benefits, Time Mgmt., and Payroll) and broader technical awareness (in things such as Security, Integration, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
• Understands emerging technology trends and disruptions and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
• Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technologies
• Experience in leading pre-sales activities and articulating the benefits SuccessFactors brings to clients
• Enjoy mentoring and developing junior talent as well as sharing knowledge across the team and the wider SAP Practice
• Familiar with supporting technologies such as Payroll Control Centre (PCC), SAP WorkZone, Business Technology Platform (BTP), and how they enhance employee and administrator experience
• Familiarity with the integration to SAP ERP HCM or S/4HANA via BIB would be beneficial as well as other HR dependent processes within an ERP platform
• Passionate to work with our clients advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP technologies
• Good understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt.
• Innovative and open minded in your thinking with a passion for change and dynamic working in a team providing a first-class service to our client
• Troubleshooting and resolution of payroll-related activities, ensuring timely resolution and accurate payroll processing

Your Security Clearance

• To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
• To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
