This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in their ongoing digital transformation journey.As a Service Transition Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between project delivery and operational support, ensuring that new and enhanced services are transitioned smoothly into the live environment, protecting service quality and keeping stakeholders aligned every step of the way.What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing the transition of new and changed IT services into live operation
  • Coordinating multiple technical and business teams to ensure service readiness
  • Aligning stakeholders around scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure seamless go-lives
  • Championing ITIL best practices and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong background in Service Design / Service Transition
  • Excellent process documentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to influence and coordinate across teams without direct authority
  • Solid understanding of ITIL principles (certification desirable)
  • Familiarity with Agile and Project Management methodologies
  • Great communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
  • Pragmatic, proactive, and solution-focused
