Internal Technical Support Engineer

As an Internal Technical Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential technical expertise and support across the BPX group. Your main task will be to tackle technical enquiries regarding Mitsubishi Electric and Schneider Electric automation systems. By collaborating closely with our sales force, you will help to craft innovative system architectures that not only meet customer needs but also drive business success. Your ability to understand product specifications, assist with troubleshooting, and prepare technical proposals will be crucial as you showcase our capabilities to potential clients.

Hours of Work: Full-time

Internal Technical Support Engineer Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar technical support role, specifically in automation.

Proficiency in modern technologies related to automation, such as PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A self-starter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
