L2 Desktop Support Engineer | London Bishopsgate
Bright Purple is recruiting on behalf of a leading enterprise client for an experienced L2 Desktop Support / Helpdesk Engineer to join their Tier 2 Workforce Technology team based full-time in Bishopsgate, London.
The Details 12-month contract | Inside IR35 | Rate: Up to £225 per day | 5 days per week onsite Supporting EMEA time zones across a team of 15 engineers
The Role You'll be owning complex endpoint management challenges across a global organisation troubleshooting, resolving, and driving process improvements at scale.
Key Skills Required
- Autopilot & Intune, hands-on deployment and troubleshooting
- macOS device management via Intune / Apple ABM
- MDM fundamentals - policies, conditional access, compliance
- Windows 10/11 & macOS support
- Microsoft Teams Rooms & AV systems
- ServiceNow - ticket management & ITSM workflows
- Hardware procurement & vendor management
Nice to Have
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or JamF Certified Associate
- ITAM / hardware refresh experience
- GDPR / data protection familiarity
