IT Assistant Apprentice
Role

Due to the fast expansion of the business, we are looking for a dedicated professional individual to join our team to develop their skills, grow into their role and contribute to the continuing success of our brand leading manufacturing site.
The IT Assistant Apprentice will ensure the Information System is working smoothly on-site and in case of fault, be ready to provide support gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of IT. The role will work directly with all staff to ensure the IT policy is correctly implemented on-site. Project work will be undertaken in line with the Group IT Business plan to ensure smooth implementation at the UK site.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide IT support to users when there is an issue, either by solving it or acting as the link to the right person
- Carry out regular checks of the site server room
- Monitor and chase outstanding user query tickets to ensure timely closure of incident tickets
- Analyse the incident database to ensure that all tickets are solved
- Provide support to all departments

Training
- Additional company training: Food Safety, Health and Safety, and IT Security, DSE assessment and Training.
- Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship level 3
- You'll be studying at the South Central Institute of Technology, Bletchley, one day a week, where the perks are endless
