MEP BIM Coordinator

Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, coordinate, and maintain MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Coordinate MEP systems with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.Perform clash detection and model validation using Navisworks Manage.Resolve clashes through coordination meetings and technical discussions.Produce coordinated drawings and model-based deliverables.Ensure BIM models comply with project BEP, client requirements, and company BIM standards.Create and manage Revit families where required.Maintain model quality, naming conventions, shared coordinates, and worksets.Support BIM Managers in implementing project BIM workflows.Participate in BIM coordination meetings and issue tracking.Generate schedules, quantities, and documentation from BIM models.Assist with project documentation and model submissions.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of BIM modelling and coordination experience on building projects.Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction coordination.Technical SkillsAutodesk Revit (MEP)Navisworks ManageAutoCADBIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred)Microsoft Office SuiteDynamo (preferred)BIM Collaboration Pro (preferred)TPBN1_UKTJ
