MEP BIM Manager

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead and develop our BIM team while remaining actively involved in project delivery. This is a hands-on role requiring strong MEP BIM expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of BIM Coordinators and BIM Technicians.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
• Produce, review and coordinate MEP models using Autodesk Revit.
• Maintain and develop BIM standards, templates and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, client BIM requirements and company standards.
• Carry out model reviews, clash detection and quality assurance.
• Support project teams with technical BIM expertise and problem solving.
• Attend client and design coordination meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes and digital delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a BIM leadership role within the MEP sector.
• Advanced Autodesk Revit MEP skills with a strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with Navisworks and Common Data Environments (ACC/BIM 360 or similar).
• Good knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to balance team management with hands-on project delivery.
