Why this job matters

BT is launching a new Cisco Customer Success Team to support achievement of the highest partnership status with Cisco, one of BTs tier 1 strategic partners. This team will drive customer loyalty, renewals, and growth by optimising every stage of the customer journey.

As a Cisco Renewals Manager, youll play a key role in securing timely, value-driven contract renewals and identifying upsell opportunities that fuel revenue growth. This role offers hands-on experience in strategic negotiation, contract execution, and customer relationship management.

Your impact will directly contribute to BTs growth and long-term success.

What youll be doing

Managing the full renewal lifecycle from contract review and negotiation to close ensuring renewal targets are met.
Developing and implementing renewal strategies that align with customer goals and product adoption.
Proactively identifying at-risk renewals by monitoring customer health and engagement signals.
Collaborating with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers and Sales teams to address customer concerns and secure renewals.
Maintaining accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline reports to support leadership decisions and resource planning.

What you'll bring

Proven experience in renewals management, account management, or customer success, with a strong track record of driving customer retention and satisfaction.
Confidence in managing in-life customer relationships, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with key B2B clients.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across an organisation.
Experience with Cisco solutions, and an understanding of the Cisco product portfolio.
