Commercial Analyst Outdoor - ESN
Location(s)- Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester or London (3 days a week in the office) Why this job matters As a Commercial Analyst Outdoor, you’ll work within the Network Readiness Commercial team in ESN and interfaces with the Home Office and 3 Emergency Services (3ES) Users to facilitate and deliver ESN network coverage Outdoor. You’ll own and manage commercial relationships with the Home Office and be a key interface between the Coverage Teams at the UK Home Office and a number of teams across BT Business and Networks. This role will lead the commercial relationship on a number of programmes including the Power Resilience, Air to Ground, RAN refresh and EAS. The ability to build strong effective relationships with customer and suppliers to deliver key ESN services is critical to the success of this role. You will be required to undergo National Security Vetting to SC or NPPV level. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supports Home Office relationships and ensures plan in place for Outdoor Coverage related projects
- Administer all Outdoor coverage related change within the ESN contract
- Administer price and scope changes to support the delivery of Change Requests
- Provide commercial support for contractual deliverables within the ESN contract
- Stakeholder management, internal and external.
- Support agreement of deals and commercial terms with Home Office other ESMCP partners in relation to Outdoor Coverage.
- Risk administration for Network Readiness
- Proven internal and external stakeholder experience and relationship management up to senior manager
- Contract and Change Management experience with experience administering contract changes.
- A background in finance, commercial, or procurement.
- Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations
