Sales Development Representative
Location: Harlow (100% Office Based)
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40k+)

Important: Location & Commute This role is 100% office based to ensure you get the support and training you need. To be successful, you must have a sustainable daily commute. We are looking for candidates who live within a short drive of Harlow or have easy access to Harlow Mill station, which is just a short walk from our office.
Why We Need You As an SDR, you play a crucial role in our company's growth. You are the initial point of contact for new customers and the "front line" of our business. You will work closely with our senior Account Executives to identify challenges that local businesses face and demonstrate how BT’s technology can solve them.
What You Will Do This is a high activity role where you will:
- Play Detective: Thoroughly research local businesses to map out their structure, identify key decision makers, and understand their current technology setup.
- Hunt for Business: Proactively engage potential customers through high volume outbound calling and email outreach.
- Build the Pipeline: Qualify leads effectively and schedule quality appointments for our senior sales team.
- Master the CRM: Adhere to high standards when updating client information and providing lead metrics.
- Collaborate: Work with a team centric mindset, sharing knowledge and celebrating the wins of your colleagues.

- Experience: Previous experience in lead generation or sales is preferred, but a track record of being hardworking and goal oriented is essential.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends).
