Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative based out of Harlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the growth of our business. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and building strong relationships to drive new business growth in the local area. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets is integral to the role.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic salary of £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience.

On-Target Earnings (OTE) £1,000 per month bonus, with a fully uncapped commission structure, providing significant earning potential for high performers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation preferred
  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and a passion for sales
  • Previous experience in a similar role or the telecom/technology industry is a plus
