What You’ll Do

• Review and analyse business and functional requirements to create clear, structured test plans and cases.
• Execute tests across multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop, API).
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, system, and exploratory testing.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in requirement reviews and sprint planning to provide QA insights.
• Assist with test data creation and environment setup.
• Provide detailed test execution reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Test Analyst, QA Tester, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile or waterfall environments.

Desirable:

• Experience testing APIs (Postman).
• Familiarity with SQL and database validation.
• Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress).
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent.
