Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager at BVS One, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing key client accounts. This senior-level role requires a self-motivated 'hunter' mindset – you excel at independently executing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing deals. You will leverage your experience in data center and security technical sales (especially within the Cisco partner ecosystem) to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. This position is based in London, UK, and offers a hybrid work environment with no regular office attendance required, though you must be available to meet clients in person as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their technology needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with BVS One’s technical architects and engineers to design and present tailored data center and security solutions.
  • Independently lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Meet with clients in person in the London area as needed to build relationships and secure new business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively position BVS One’s offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably within a Cisco partner environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions (Cisco technologies highly preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a 'hunter' role focused on new business development.
  • Self-motivated and able to independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Located in the London, UK area, with the ability to travel locally for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
