Senior Product Manager (Remote from London)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will lead the strategy and development of AI-powered tools for small law firms. You’ll focus on rapid experimentation, product-market fit, and scaling through a product-led growth approach.

Main responsibilities

• Conduct deep user research and market discovery to uncover pain points and opportunities within small law practices
• Define, build, and iterate on Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), validating hypotheses quickly through user testing and data
• Translate complex user needs into clear product requirements, including user stories, design briefs, and data instrumentation
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams in agile environments to ensure high-quality, iterative feature delivery
• Establish feedback loops with customers to gather insights and continuously refine product direction
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to shape go-to-market strategies tailored for the small law segment
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive engagement, growth, and product success

Core skills/experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Based in London
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS or LegalTech environments
• Strong foundation in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Roadmunk.
• Proven success in MVP definition, rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and product experimentation
• Excellent analytical skills: you know how to use data to drive product decisions
• Clear communicator, comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a knack for balancing multiple priorities in dynamic environments
• High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, you're energized by fast-paced, exploratory work

Preferred

• Master's degree or MBA
• Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies and optimizing conversion funnels
• Background in LegalTech, professional services automation, or knowledge management
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they integrate into product development
• Experience working with remote, distributed teams
• A creative, problem-solving mindset with a drive for innovation
