Data Analyst Apprentice

An IT support company are looking for a hardworking and passionate for technology individual to join their IT department.

KEY DUTIES

• Handling incoming phone calls and gathering required information.
• Responding to incoming emails and prioritising incidents.
• Proactively logging alerts from our monitoring systems.
• Dealing with IT problems and incidents for a variety of customers and technologies.

• Good written and oral communication skills
• Self-Motivated
• Meets the eligibility below

ELIGIBILITY

• Living in Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham or Sheffield
• Employed, self-employed, career changers, returners to work or unemployed within the last 12 months.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK.
• Have access to a reliable internet connection with a PC/ Laptop.
