What You'll Be Doing
· Assisting engineers with on-site system installations.
· Providing first-line technical support for equipment and network-connected devices.
· Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
· Supporting hardware upgrades and system testing.
· Maintaining service records and technical documentation.
· Working directly with customers to resolve technical issues.
