IT Helpdesk Technician

As a highly motivated IT Support Consultant you will be working under the direction of the IT Operations Manager, giving you the opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service and work with the wider IT Team to provide technical support to colleagues while assisting in the implementation and administration of IT solutions across the business. This is a varied and interesting role, supporting colleagues of all abilities and in turn ensuring the IT infrastructure can meet the current and future needs of the business. Full training is provided.

KEY DUTIES

  • 1st line IT Support and telephone support, responding to and resolving colleague queries in a timely manner. This will include in-person and remote support as required.
  • Management of own workload including assigned tickets in the help desk system. You'll be a product expert, able to spot fixes and recommend additional products that could save them time and effort.
  • Contribute to colleague training initiatives for both software and hardware and provide technical support as needed.
