Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
User Support
- Respond to IT support requests.
- Assist staff with hardware and software issues.
Systems Administration
- Support Microsoft 365 users.
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Assist with system upgrades.
Infrastructure Support
- Monitor networks and devices.
- Help maintain printers and warehouse technologies.
- Participate in equipment installations.
Security & Compliance
- Support IT security procedures.
- Learn backup and disaster recovery processes.
Training Exposure
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Networking Fundamentals
- Cloud Technologies
- Cyber Security Principles
