Junior Data Technician

This role is your opportunity to work alongside a professional team, helping to oversee and maintain the systems and processes that underpin data centre operations. Training will be provided for all duties.

KEY DUTIES

• Assist the company with managing the their data systems, ensuring configuration accuracy, data integrity, and clear reporting.
• Help onboard new sites and keep asset and infrastructure records up to date.
• Provide technical guidance and user support for internal platforms and tools.
• Get involved in change control, troubleshooting, and applying system updates.
• Take part in disaster recovery exercises, operational acceptance testing, and work collaboratively across technical teams.
