Finance Systems Transformation Consultant (TM1)

£400 - £600 outside DOE

A leading hospitality business is looking for a Finance Systems Transformation Consultant for a 3–6 month fixed-term contract to support the migration of TM1 and ensure accurate data reconciliation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support TM1 migration and upgrade activities.
• Conduct thorough data reconciliation between source systems, legacy TM1, and target platforms.
• Redesign TM1 processes as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and resolve data issues.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-migration validation.
• Understand how to leverage more of the new system being implemented.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience with TM1, with significant knowledge of the engine and structure of the system.
• Strong background in data reconciliation and validation within financial systems.
• Strong background in systems transformation.
• Solid understanding of finance processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting).
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.
• A qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CAANZ or SAICA.
• Desirable experience in a multisite business, but not essential.
