This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.As a Product Delivery Manager - PCS, you will be responsible for:Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and qualityDeveloping and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirementsManaging delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systemsOversee project planning, execution, and performance managementEnsuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plansDriving governance through KPIs and performance reviewsManaging contract administration, including variations and claimsCollaborating with engineering teams for technical complianceEnsuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulationsIdentifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projectsFuel your PassionTo be successful in this role, you should have:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldLooking for candidates with end to end Project Management experience in Subsea/ Oil and Gas/ Manufacturing sector dExperience with Production Control Systems (PCS)Knowledge of subsea system integrationUnderstanding of offshore HSE standardsStrong commercial and financial acumenExperience with subsea control system suppliersKnowledge of communication protocols and control architecturesPMP or PRINCE2 certificationExperience in global organizationsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
