Salary: £80,000 package + benefits

The role requirements
- A blend of hands-on engineering, mentoring and architectural decision making
- Setting the technical direction for your squad and helping them to make sound engineering decisions
- 1:1s, technical reviews, developing your team’s confidence and capability
- Working with Product and Data teams, reporting into a Director of Engineering
- You’ll be mindful of delivery performance, scalability, reliability and security
- Seeking ways to reduce cycle times, improve deployment frequency and maintain code quality
- Bringing curiosity and innovation!
Process (all handled remotely):
1) 30 minute conversation directly with the Head of Engineering
2) Take-home tech task (yes you can use AI... and it's encouraged)
3) Main interview with the squad and Head of Engineering
4) Meet the wider team (more informal)
