Now, were seeking a driven IT Manager to power our client who are a UK & Global business.

About the Role

This is not your typical IT management position. As IT Manager UK Operations , youll be the driving force behind our UK technology landscape, ensuring infrastructure excellence, system resilience, and seamless alignment with our global IT strategy.

Youll combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight, leading a talented team and collaborating across continents to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing systems that keep our business moving forward.

What Youll Do

• Lead the implementation of the global IT and digital strategy across UK operations.
• Manage and optimise infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity to ensure maximum system uptime.
• Oversee enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) .
• Safeguard compliance with GDPR , information security , and corporate governance standards.
• Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team (2 direct reports).
• Partner with global IT teams and external vendors to deliver efficient, innovative solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, performance, and user experience.

What Youll Bring

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline .
• 710 years experience in IT operations and infrastructure management .
• 35 years proven leadership experience managing IT teams and vendors.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA , WMS , and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Strong knowledge of network administration , cybersecurity , and service delivery .
• Familiarity with EDI integration and ITIL/PMP methodologies .
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
