Business Administration (Recruitment) Apprenticeship - Darlington
Baltic Apprenticeships are looking for a new Business Administration Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Business Administration apprenticeship L3.
Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the recruitment team at Baltic Apprenticeships, supporting the onboarding of learners onto apprenticeship programmes.
You will work closely with experienced recruitment professionals, gaining hands-on experience in administration, reporting, and recruitment processes. This role will provide valuable insight into how learners are recruited, supported, and successfully enrolled.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will build strong communication, organisation, and administrative skills while contributing to a team that helps shape future careers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in business administration, particularly with an interest in recruitment.
Day-Day Responsibilities:
- Support the enrolment of new learners, including screenings, document checks, and data entry
- Assist with writing and advertising job adverts
- Coordinate recruitment activity, including scheduling interviews and responding to applicant queries
- Process application paperwork and maintain accurate learner records in line with compliance requirements
- Support reporting on recruitment activity, learner progress, and compliance
- Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to support a positive candidate experience
