At ABS Limited, we help organisations streamline their processes through ERP systems, integration, and Microsoft services. Were now looking for a motivated IT Apprentice to join our supportive team, where youll gain real hands-on experience across internal IT support tasks as well as client-focused projects. This role offers the chance to develop practical skills while working on a wide variety of IT challenges in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Youll be supported by experienced professionals, encouraged to learn, and exposed to both day-to-day IT support and larger project work. A Typical Day in the Job:
First line on the help task, trying to tackle issues and raise after 15 minutes if nit successful.
The position is for an IT Support role within the team.
IT support role for both Internal IT issues / projects and clients issues/projects.
Substantial exposure to IT support projects within the business, as well as upcoming client projects of an IT support nature.
Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and escalations.
Demonstrate a proactive and willing attitude to learn new technologies and IT practices.
Collaborate with the IT team to continuously improve processes and deliver quality support.
Ensure professionalism and clear communication when supporting colleagues and clients.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Good problem-solving ability with a logical and analytical mindset.
Patience and persistence when tackling technical issues.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

£16,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, well support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.
Youll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, youll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.
Youll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists. TPBN1_UKTJ
