IAM Architect - IGA, Zero Trust, Governance, AWS, Remote

Proven Lead IAM Architect with experience of operating at TDA level, with expert Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience required. You will lead the design and delivery of the organisation's identity as the core security control plane aligned with Zero Trust principles. Provide cross-programme governance, secure-by-design solutions, and stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Define target-state IAM architecture: verification, governance, authentication, privileged & citizen identities, federation, NHI/MIMLead end-to-end solution design, ensuring standards compliance and securityEmbed secure-by-design and risk-based controlsDevelop identity life cycle, migration, and federation strategiesDeliver phased IAM roadmap and stakeholder engagementDeliverables: Architecture blueprint & assessmentGovernance & life cycle modelsAuthentication & privileged access designsFederation & migration plansRoadmap with milestonesExperience & skills: Extensive enterprise IAM (IGA, AM, PAM, CIAM, federation, NHI/MIM)Zero Trust & risk-led security designLarge-scale IAM delivery & migrationKnowledge of Entra ID, AWS Cognito, IAM toolingStakeholder leadershipMinorities, women, LGBTQ+ candidates, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
