Lead Technical Architect - Strategy, Integration, Microservice, Government, DV cleared

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of robust system architectures and seamless integration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence technical strategy and work on complex, cross-domain projects within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Strategy & Design: Lead the development of scalable, high-performance architecture solutions across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
• Microservices Development: Design, implement, and optimize Java/Spring Boot microservices, with a focus on modularity, security, and maintainability.
• Cross-Domain Integration: Develop strategies for integrating diverse systems and data sources, ensuring reliable, efficient communication and data flow.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a senior technical stakeholder, providing guidance to development teams, conducting code reviews, and establishing standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for innovative solutions and continuous improvement within the team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing microservice architectures using Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven track record of leading cross-domain integration projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of system scalability, security, and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive complex projects to successful completion.
