Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Manager

I’m currently supporting a leading and highly regarded Commerce organisation in their search for a Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Manager.

This is a critical leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering an integrated resilience framework across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding business operations, minimising disruption risk, and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.

This is a greenfield opportunity, where you will be given complete autonomy in the shaping of what BCM and Ops Res can look like for the organisation.

You will have significant visibility and influence across the business, with accountability for:

• Embedding robust business continuity and operational resilience practices
• Supporting strategic decision-making and long-term sustainability
• Ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory requirements
• Driving a culture of resilience and risk awareness across the organisation

x2 days per week in office (Leicester), with up to £80,000 on thr base.
