Identity Access Management (IAM) Lead

This multinational organisation is looking for an experienced IAM Lead to own and drive its global identity strategy.

As IAM Lead, you will lead a lean team with one direct report. The role will see you defining the IAM roadmap and delivering a modern, scalable IAM capability across a complex enterprise environment. Given the small team, you will sometimes need to be hands-on with engineering and so you will need to be comfortable with a role which requires you to be both operational and strategic.

This is a high-impact role combining strategy, architecture and hands-on programme leadership, working closely with senior stakeholders and external partners. The successful candidate will have strong IAM, IGA, PAM, Entra ID and identity lifecycle management experience.

This role offers international exposure and the opportunity to shape identity as a core security function, taking it to an increased maturity level over time.

Hybrid working (3 days in office), base salary of £100-120k + bonus + shares + bens.
