Operational Resilience Manager
I am partnering with a well established international business that is investing significantly in the UK property technology market. As part of their UK growth, they are looking to hire a Tech Ops Resilience Manager with a strong focus on scenario exercise design and delivery.
This role is centred around building and leading a structured operational resilience exercise programme within an FCA regulated environment.
Key focus areas include:
- Designing and delivering severe but plausible scenario exercises aligned to Important Business Services
- Leading crisis simulations and tabletop exercises for operational teams and senior executives
- Creating realistic injects that drive decision making under pressure
- Testing impact tolerances under SYSC 15A requirements
- Producing clear after action reports that translate lessons learned into measurable improvements
- Continuously enhancing the exercise framework as the business scales in the UK
They are looking for someone who has hands on experience designing and facilitating crisis or resilience exercises, who is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and who understands regulatory expectations around operational resilience.
This is a remote first opportunity offering up to £75,000 base salary, alongside a strong bonus and equity package. It is a genuine chance to shape how resilience is tested and embedded within a growing UK regulated business.
